Being a professional educator can be challenging and rewarding. It's about nurturing, nursing injuries, developing strong relationships resolving conflicts and supporting. Observing and documenting children's development in all areas.

As a professional, I follow the code of ethics and the united nations convention on the rights of the child

through intentional teaching and play-based learning, I encourage children to take care of the environment.

the early childhood experience is a time when children learn how to become apart of a community. positive interactions are the foundation for children brain development and wellbeing. Conversations and collaborative practices with families encourage inclusions of diversities and cultures.
